Swedish Massage- 40 mins $75 / 60 mins $105

Deep Swedish- 40 mins $85 / 60 mins $115

Prenatal- 60 mins $105

Movement Classes (ages 9-11, 12-15, 16 and older), Wednesday 3pm, 4:30pm, 6pm, Friday 3pm, 4:30pm, 6pm, Saturday 2pm, 3pm. Call to register and to get more information. No experience necessary for our movement classes. These classes will help you to express yourself through dance/movement.
GWS is currently recruiting for groups; all group are 6 weeks. Some groups and meditation classes can be covered by insurance. Please call for information. Classes/groups will have a max of six people.
Young adult group; ages 21-30 — young adults trying to cope and balancing work, school, relationships, life. Come meet peers who are also struggling and trying to find balance in a very stressful world. This will be a safe space to socialize, learn skills to cope with depression and anxiety, to meet new friends and to have some fun! Call for more information and to register.
Meditation sessions: Ages 18 and older. Meditation is a wonderful tool to help find balance, relieve stress, cope with anxiety, and to find a space to breathe. Call for date, time and to register for a session.
Support group for individuals coping with SAD (seasonal Affective Disorder), during the colder months do you feel have low energy, loss of interest in activities, feeling agitated, problems sleeping and an overall feeling of sadness. Please don’t suffer alone. Many people experience these feelings, and we would like you to join us to get support and to learn how to cope.
Mommy and Me Group – Would you like a safe space to bring your little one and to socialize with some other Moms? Come join us. Call for time and date.

Meet Our Founder and Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who have been working in the field of Behavioral Health for the past 24 years. I am a graduate of New York University. I also completed psychoanalytical training from New York school of Psychoanalysis. I have completed trainings in (mindfulness-based stress reduction, Expressive therapies such as “song tapestry, play therapy, movement in psychotherapy, and trauma informed care”. I have worked with a wide array of clients (children, adolescents, adults, individuals coping with grief and loss, trauma, LGBTQ issues, and individuals coping with medical issues. I believe in being creative in therapy and using various modalities to assist individuals to meet their wellness goals.

Our Services


Mindfulness-based stress reduction offers secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. Meditation classes will consist of meditation with some processing.


The Movement classes at GWS is meant to help you express yourself through movement. We strive for the experience of adaptability and freedom of movement. Fitness is not the focus of the practice, but rather a byproduct of the exploration.


Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is a way to help people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. Psychotherapy can help eliminate or control troubling symptoms so a person can function better and can increase well-being and healing.


Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga is an ancient practice that may have originated in India. It involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.
